Wet facade using mineral wool

The versatility of the wet facades system using mineral wool allows them to mount them both at new objects and on the reconstructed. A similar system of insulation of buildings is often used at residential facilities, industrial and administrative buildings. The system of insulation from mineral wool can be mounted after the completion of all construction work, a thorough check of the object for hidden cracks, the completion of roofing, the installation of windows, doors and balconies of the building. Wet facades using mineral wool, as a heater have a number of advantages. 1. The costs of air conditioning and heating of residential facilities are significantly reduced. 2. Subject to all the installation technologies of the wet facade, the walls receive additional protection against sharp changes in air temperature, which increases the service life of the building several times. 3. There is no need for additional insulation of interpanel sutures. 4. The walls are aligned, including with significant height drops. Alignment is carried out by increasing the width of the insulation layer. 5. The cost of wet facades is much less than hinged, ventilated or other facade systems 6. Allows you to increase the internal area of the premises with a limited area of development. 7. The finished facade is great for further decoration of the building, by painting.

The wet facade is a multilayer structure, which includes the following elements: 1. A layer of insulation. In this case, the role of insulation is environmental pure material with high thermal insulation and soundproofing qualities – mineral wool. Mineral wool density is about 140 kg / m³. Mineral slabs are fixed with glue and plastered dowels (mushrooms) to the base of the building (wall). It is very important to correctly fix a layer of mineral wool, since the load of the remaining elements is transmitted to it. That is why the insulation is attached at once in two ways. 2. Reinforcing layer. Is a combination of a special fiberglass mesh and adhesive plaster. The net has a powerful protection against alkalis so that the adhesive composition reliably holds the decorative layer and does not destroy. 3. Protective (decorative) layer of plaster. To create it, a special facade composition is used. There are many types of facade plaster, but most often they use compounds on a mineral or acrylic basis. According to the architectural and design plan, plaster can be performed in any color scheme. It is also a great basis for painting.
