The fact is that the development of the territory of the estate for a separately developed (individual) project should be carried out with the mandatory observance of a number of regulatory documents, including the Rules for the development of rural settlements of Russia, according to which design and construction work should be carried out taking into account the general plan of the entire village. The main structure of the estate is a residential building. Its location affects the construction sites of other buildings and the size of the functional zones of the site. The position of the house on the plan is determined relative to the red line, which in all settlements on individual buildings, as a rule, coincides with the front (facade) boundary of the site. Residential buildings are placed along the so -called development line, which, in accordance with urban planning standards and rules, is located on the site at a distance of at least B m (for the main streets) and 3 m (for residential streets) from the Red Line. The indicated minimum distances should be observed during the construction of any structures of the estate, but garages can be erected right along the red line.
