After the coordination of the act in all instances, the owner of the housing is issued for redevelopment. But you can start repair work only by issuing civil liability insurance. 5. It is not recommended to transfer the wall on your own, it is safe to contact professional masters. They will be able to perform work efficiently, competently and in a short time. 6. When the redevelopment is finished, you need to register it. For this, appropriate changes are made to the Unified State Register. In addition, you need to invite an expert commission in order to verify the redevelopment. According to the results of the inspection, an act will be drawn up on the completion of the reconstruction. The end of the repair work must be agreed in the Department of Fire Department and the sanitary and epidemiological station. Then you have to contact BTI again. The cadastral engineer will examine the redevelopment in order to make changes to the cadastral passport, reissue it, receive extracts. 7. And in the conclusion of the procedure, you should visit the registration chamber with a statement, passport, documents for the right to redevelopment. It is required to pay for the state fee. Changes will be made to the Unified State Register.
