Spliter – a unique facing material

When going to look for facing material for decoration of the house, pay your attention to such a type of stone as a spliter. This is a modern and original type of stone, which is successfully used in decorating buildings.

If you translate the English split (splitting), you can understand why the spliter is called that. It is made of concrete mixing by means of dry vibration pressing. Ready -made blocks are placed under a special knife. Under pressure, the concrete block is split in half, receiving two products with a torn texture at the output.

It is thanks to such an extraordinary way to obtain a stone that it is impossible to find two identical spliters. The resulting surface is completely unique and exclusive, and processed by special pigments – does not differ at all from natural materials. Depending on the selected pigment color, you can get various imitations with minimal costs.

The advantages of a spliter can be safely attributed to all the advantages of artificial stones made of concrete. The most important of them are the following: frost resistance, preservation of color for 40 years, a small cost of acquisition, lack of need for additional processing, ease of use and reduction of repair costs, environmental friendliness.

In addition, the spliter has an inappropriateness to the “hears”, that is, the appearance of faded areas. This is suffered by traditional porous materials (concrete, plaster or brick), worsening attractiveness and life of the building. Spliter also has excellent compatibility with other facing materials. It doesn’t matter if it will be marble, brick or granite – the harmony of the resulting layer is ensured.

Spliter is laid in the same way as brickwork. But given that its dimensions differ from ordinary brick by seven times – the speed of styling increases significantly, and the amount of solution is reduced.

In addition to decorating buildings, spliter is used to decorate flower beds and path fencing, when erecting retaining walls and fences.

When choosing a spliter, take into account the following factors: high -quality stone has no split and cracks, painting should look natural and not have colorless places.

Performing these simple recommendations, you will receive a perfectly designed building, for a long time pleasing to the eye with a qualitatively designed cladding.
