Using a manual pump, the system is filled with cold water to the level controlled by the drain pipe. Then the water heater is melted and the water temperature is brought to 70-80 ° C (the water should not be heated to a boil – scale will be formed). Hot water through the ascending pipe will go into the tank, replaced by heavier cold water entering the descending pipe. The better the natural circulation, the more uniform and faster heating. If there is no manual pump, water into the pressure tank can be filled with a bucket from the ladder. The drain pipe is then not necessary. In the rural life, baths have always been one of the most important buildings. And even with modern communal amenities in a residential building (baths, bathrooms equipped with a water supply, sewage and heating) is unlikely to refuse a real bathhouse. In addition to a purely hygienic effect, fatigue is removed in the baths (steam rooms), forces are restored, psychological tone rises, the prevention of many diseases is carried out. High efficiency of thermal procedures has been established many centuries ago. And not only in the village, but also in cities, Russian and Finnish baths (saunas) are now enjoying a great success. Russian and Finnish baths differ in temperature conditions. In a Russian bath, the temperature rises to 45-60 ° C, but the humidity reaches 65-85%, in the Finnish one – dry regime (humidity 20-30%), but the temperature is 90 ° C and above. To achieve such a temperature, in Finnish baths, the heating screens of aluminum or copper foil are used, located under wooden cladding of the walls and ceiling. The level of comfort when using the bath depends on its size. A small bathhouse with a steam room (washing) with an area of about 5 m2 and a dressing room with an area of 1, 3-1, 4 m2 is the most economical option, but not everyone may like tangible tightness in the dressing room. The bathhouse consisting of two departments with a total area of 7 m2 and terrace is more convenient. Here the steam room is slightly less than in the first case, but a warm dressing room is more spacious, which, if desired, can be equipped as a cozy rest room during bath procedures.
